With his Daughter by his side he entered his Heavenly home on Saturday Jan 10th 2015 after a long struggle with Alzheimer's at Canon Hospice in New Orleans, LA.
Born in Los Angeles, CA he served in the NAVY during the Korean War aboard the USS LYMAN K SWENSON DD729. In 1972 Jack relocated to Scottsdale AZ with his wife Shiela Muma and 3 children. In 2010 he relocated to Kenner, LA to live with his Daughter Mischelle Muma.

His children were his greatest bliss, photography was his lifelong passion and tinkering was his hobby. His gift to the world was spreading joy through his generous spirit and quick wit. His final years living in the New Orleans area provided him an abundance of opportunities to celebrate life surrounded by people who knew how to live it to the fullest.
Jack was preceeded in death by his Father , Wesley Muma; Mother, Elsie Muma; Brother ,William Muma; Son, Paul Muma.
Survied by his Daughter, Paulette (Alan)Weaver; Daughter, Mischelle Muma; Grand Daughter Megan (Jon) Player ; Grandson, Christopher Weaver; Nephews, Brian (Beth) Muma, David Muma; Neice, Eileen (Jerry)Kowalski ; longtime friend/ex-wife, Shiela Muma. Viewing will be at Noon and services will be held at 2:30pm Thursday , January 15, at Green Acres 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ.
